The hotel becomes one of the first in the UAE hospitality sector to introduce a dedicated AI-powered brand personality designed to drive digital storytelling and guest engagement.

Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai has unveiled Zaya, a dedicated AI influencer created to showcase the hotel’s experiences, dining destinations, and staycation offerings through a digital-first storytelling approach.
The launch marks a notable move within the UAE hospitality sector, where artificial intelligence has traditionally been deployed for operational efficiency, customer service, and guest engagement. With Zaya, Grand Millennium Dubai is taking a different path by introducing an AI-powered digital personality focused on content creation and brand storytelling.
According to the hotel, Zaya has been designed as a permanent digital ambassador capable of highlighting experiences across the property, from accommodation and wellness facilities to its food and beverage portfolio.
The AI influencer will feature experiences from venues including Toshi, Lucky Voice, Belgian Beer Café, and Crystal Bar, while also exploring broader staycation experiences, local attractions, wellness offerings, and lifestyle activities available to guests.
“Zaya is not simply a marketing initiative; it reflects how hospitality brands are evolving their approach to audience engagement,” said Peter Mukanyima, Assistant Director of Marketing & E-Commerce at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai.
As travellers increasingly rely on digital content, social media, and creator-driven recommendations when selecting destinations, hospitality brands are exploring new methods to build continuous engagement with audiences beyond traditional advertising campaigns.
Unlike conventional influencer partnerships, which are typically campaign-based and time-limited, Zaya is intended to serve as a permanent brand storyteller embedded within the hotel’s digital ecosystem.
The initiative reflects a broader trend across industries as organisations experiment with AI-generated personalities, virtual influencers, and synthetic content experiences to strengthen customer engagement and create always-on digital brand presences.
Grand Millennium Dubai plans to expand Zaya’s role across multiple digital platforms over time, with future content expected to focus on guest experiences, dining, wellness, local attractions, and lifestyle-focused storytelling.
The launch positions the hotel among a growing number of global organisations exploring how AI-generated personalities can complement traditional marketing strategies while creating new forms of audience interaction and brand engagement.
